Losing More and Living More with C-Lium

It all started as a joke for me. Agreeing to lose weight is something that I’ve been dealing with the past years — so when the challenge from C-Lium came, I told myself that this is it. I need to DO this, it’s now or never.

This challenge becomes extra challenging when you have a bakehouse. The intoxicating smell of chocolate and butter cakes will remind you that life is good and eating them makes it better. Geez, in my case, they remind me EVERY SINGLE DAY.

This challenged has scared the hell out of me.

I went through several tests in Medicar Lifestyle Center including the dreaded stress test. I also had an appointment with their Dr. Diana Lodriguito and needless to say I am OBESE with a BMI of 28.6.

The challenge was to LOSE WEIGHT by eating the following every day:

  • 4 exhanges of fats and oil
  • 2 exchanges of sugar of sweet – my oh my!!! how cruel can they be?
  • 1 exchange of fish. shellfish, meat and poultry, dried beans and nuts, egg, milk & milk products
  • 4 exchanges of vegetables
  • 2 exchanges of fruits
  • 6 exchanges of rice, corn, root crops, bread and noodles
  • 8-10 glasses of water/beverages

This is hard.

During the assessment, we were taught how to properly drink C-Lium. I learned so many things that day including the fact that no matter how many fibre you eat in a day but you don’t make it a habit of drinking lots of water, it’s still useless. 

Seriously, I want to go into a crash diet to reach my goals so I can that beautiful bikini and put on my logo sunglasses BUT there is a much better way. It’s a relationship between C-Lium and me. C-Lium will help me lose weight naturally.
